Dr. Andrew Mulka, DDS
Dr. Andrew Mulka has been living in Blue Grass ever since graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2011. He grew up south of Chicago and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with his Baccalaureate in Pre-Professional Studies. While attending Iowa, he met his wife, Rene (Teel). They have three daughters, Katie, Allie, and Claire. Dr. Mulka has received extensive training in implants, orthodontics, wisdom tooth removal, and conscious sedation. His other hobbies include golfing, boating, and gardening.
Dr. Jake Kazma, DDS
Dr. Jake Kazma, a proud Iowa native, graduated with honors from the University of Iowa with a degree in Interdepartmental Studies before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, gaining advanced training in comprehensive care, hospital dentistry, and medically complex cases. Dr. Jake is passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered dentistry and enjoys working with patients of all ages. On his day off, he currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the fourth-year Family Dentistry Clinic at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his husky, Maverick.
